after hearing from cheryl abt the past few training sessions that i have missed.. i m seriously dreading training sessions now... i slacked like for 6days...only did walking in beijing.. oh there was one day which i walked for 6-7km non-stop... well ofcourse..i survived... oh and i worked on my muscles too.. carryin luggages... so my muscles got bigger...ahahahahha oka..nth to say now..
